Gear driven turntable with spring loaded safety clutch guarantees consistent turntable rotation within the spraychamber for a complete cleaning job.
50" vertical capacity allows for use with heavy duty applications such as the Cummins and Detroit 60 series.
Included is a sturdy footstep and a step assist handle for operator convenience, when loading or unloading, or manual rinsing.
Standard equipment includes Double Deck Rack and basket for stacking 2 automotive blocks, or one automotive block with all its sheet metal per wash cycle. This exclusive feature takes advantage of all the 50" vertical capacity for fast and efficient cleaning.

The SW-50 spraychamber measures a full 50" vertically with a wide 28" diameter turntable and a beefy 1500 pound weight capacity. The SW-50 is powered by a large 10 HP Motor flowing 140 gallons per minute at 80 psi of hot
cleaning solutions making for fast and efficient cleaning. This versatile machine will accommodate blocks such as the Caterpillar C5 and 3406E models, Cummins ISX, 60 series Detroits, and many more. The SW-50 with its exclusive fixturing can also clean two automotive blocks per wash cycle, or one automotive block with all its sheet metal parts per wash cycle. This unique stacking feature takes full advantage of the 50” height. The SW-50 also features a built in hot tank for added cleaning performance. Like all AXE Spraywashers the SW-50 incorporate a spring loaded lay down door for ease of loading and unloading and for maintaining a much cleaner and drier shop floor.
No need to reach into the spray chamber to pull out the work piece. Our handy rollout wheel feature allows you to simply turn the wheel, driving the work piece out of the spray chamber.

Standard Equipment includes 1" fiberglass insulation with a 3.9 r factor. This Standard feature retains heat for high efficiency.
